Important Note

VidGrab does not host, store, or distribute any video content. All content is served directly from YouTube's servers. We are a download utility only. Copyright claims regarding the video content itself should be directed to YouTube/Google via their official copyright complaint process.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing the following information to our Designated Agent:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the content that was removed and its location before it was removed.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal district court.
