Important Note
VidGrab does not host, store, or distribute any video content. All content is served directly from YouTube's servers. We are a download utility only. Copyright claims regarding the video content itself should be directed to YouTube/Google via their official copyright complaint process.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing the following information to our Designated Agent:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the content that was removed and its location before it was removed.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal district court.
